Terms of Service
1. Engagement
All projects are governed by a written proposal and contract agreed upon before work begins. These terms apply in addition to, not in place of, that contract.
2. Scope and revisions
Each project includes the scope and number of revision rounds specified in the proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is billed separately at the rate stated in the contract.
3. Payment
Payment terms are defined in the proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, an initial deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery. Late payments may pause ongoing work.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, all rights to the final delivered work transfer to the client. DSIGNUR retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
6. Liability
DSIGNUR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Total liability is limited to the project fees paid.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
